1933: Mr. (Dipl.-Ing.) Ernst Fischer founded the Austrian company, Fischer Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH. At the beginning, this machinery builder produced the most varied machines for the food industry. Its own production, paired with competent engineering skills made it possible, already back then, to provide customer-specific, customized construction that remains one of its greatest strengths today.
